- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 2 cups Coffee Ice Cream
- 1 cup Chocolate Fudge Sauce
- 1 cup Whipped Cream

Instructions
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
- Combine the cookie crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl, stirring until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust.
- Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Allow the coffee ice cream to soften slightly at room temperature.
- Spread the softened ice cream evenly over the chilled crust.
- Place the pie in the freezer for 2 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.
- Warm the chocolate fudge sauce in a microwave-safe bowl until it is easy to pour.
- Spread a thick layer of fudge sauce over the ice cream layer, making sure to cover the entire surface.
- Return the pie to the freezer for another hour to allow the fudge to set.
- Just before serving, spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the top of the pie.
- Sprinkle chocolate shavings or drizzle additional fudge sauce over the whipped cream.
- Slice and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
