Description

A delightful twist on classic deviled eggs with creamy yolks, crispy bacon, and a hint of tanginess that will steal the show at any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by boiling the eggs for about 10–12 minutes. Once cooked, cool them in ice water before peeling.
  2. While the eggs are cooling, cook the bacon in a skillet until it is crispy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash the egg yolks together with mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Crumble the crispy bacon and mix it into the yolk mixture, reserving some for garnish.
  5. Spoon or pipe the delicious mixture back into the halved egg whites.
  6. Top with chopped chives and additional crumbled bacon if desired.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Ensure eggs are slightly older for easier peeling. Experiment with seasonings for added flavor.
