- 4 slices of bacon
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Begin by boiling the eggs for about 10–12 minutes. Once cooked, cool them in ice water before peeling.
- While the eggs are cooling, cook the bacon in a skillet until it is crispy.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the egg yolks together with mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Crumble the crispy bacon and mix it into the yolk mixture, reserving some for garnish.
- Spoon or pipe the delicious mixture back into the halved egg whites.
- Top with chopped chives and additional crumbled bacon if desired.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
