Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ¾ inch).
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle the optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
