- Fresh mango slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve the gelatin in water and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, heat it gently until fully dissolved.
- Blend the diced mangoes until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Fold the mango puree into the whipped cream until combined.
- Stir the dissolved gelatin into the mango mixture, mixing well.
- Place the cake base in a springform pan and pour the mango mousse on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices and mint leaves before serving.
