Instructions

- Assemble the Cake: Spread the cheesecake mousse over the chilled crust and smooth the surface. Tap the pan gently on the counter to remove air bubbles. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Prepare the Lemon Glaze: Mix lemon curd, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl until smooth. Pour the glaze over the cheesecake layer and return to the refrigerator for another hour.
