Description

A soothing blend of espresso, steamed milk, and aromatic lavender syrup, perfect for coffee lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 cup steamed milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • Optional: Honey or vanilla syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine water, sugar, and lavender buds in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, let steep for 10 minutes, then strain into a jar.
  4. Brew a shot of espresso.
  5. Froth the milk until creamy and velvety.
  6. Pour the lavender syrup into a mug.
  7. Add the brewed espresso.
  8. Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and syrup, stirring gently.

Notes

For an iced version, cool the espresso, fill a glass with ice, add syrup and espresso, then top with cold milk.
