Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 cup steamed milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- Optional: Honey or vanilla syrup
Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, and lavender buds in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let steep for 10 minutes, then strain into a jar.
- Brew a shot of espresso.
- Froth the milk until creamy and velvety.
- Pour the lavender syrup into a mug.
- Add the brewed espresso.
- Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and syrup, stirring gently.
Notes
For an iced version, cool the espresso, fill a glass with ice, add syrup and espresso, then top with cold milk.
