Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, key lime juice, protein powder, lime zest, powdered Swerve, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across a lined baking sheet, creating a thin layer.
  3. Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers, toasted coconut, and extra lime zest over the yogurt layer.
  4. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until fully frozen and set.
