Instructions
- Marinate the steak using olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice against the grain into thin strips to serve.
Notes
