Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup bran
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup soybean meal
  • 1 cup dehydrated alfalfa meal
  • 1 cup beet pulp
  • Apple or pear scraps (to taste)
  • Vitamins and minerals (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add molasses and mix until a dough forms.
  4. If using, fold in apple or pear scraps.
  5. Shape the mixture into muffin molds.
