- 1 box of brownie mix (plus ingredients specified on the package)
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
- Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the package in a mixing bowl.
- Combine flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in another bowl. Mix until a dough forms, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Grease your muffin tin. Spoon a small amount of brownie batter into each tin.
- Add a small scoop of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
- Finish with another dollop of brownie batter, covering the cookie dough completely.
- Bake according to the brownie mix package recommendations, watching closely for doneness.
