A decadent treat combining the richness of brownies and the creaminess of cheesecake, drizzled with hot fudge.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Maraschino cherries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Melt the butter in a mixing bowl, then stir in the granulated sugar and eggs until well combined.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until smooth and luscious.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into your prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove it from the oven.
- Spread the hot fudge sauce over the partially baked brownie layer, then pour the remaining brownie batter on top.
- Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before removing it from the springform pan.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of maraschino cherries before diving in!
Notes
Serve chilled. Can be topped with extra hot fudge or vanilla ice cream for added richness.
