Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound salmon (cut into bite-sized pieces, skin removed)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and toss them until well coated.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon bites are cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
- Remove the salmon from the air fryer and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
Ensure salmon is cut into uniform pieces for even cooking. For a stronger flavor, marinate in honey soy mixture for 30 minutes. Check internal temperature to ensure salmon is cooked to at least 145°F (63°C).
