Guilt-free Reese’s Eggs made with peanut butter, maple syrup, and dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the natural peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, and salt until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the eggs for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, making sure they are fully coated.
- Place the chocolate-coated eggs back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
