Description

Guilt-free Reese’s Eggs made with peanut butter, maple syrup, and dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the natural peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the eggs for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, making sure they are fully coated.
  6. Place the chocolate-coated eggs back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
  7. Enjoy your healthy Reese’s eggs as a sweet snack or dessert!
