Instructions
- Prepare custard – In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Decide whether to keep the rolls connected for a pull-apart style or to separate them.
- Dip the rolls quickly into the custard mixture, ensuring all sides are coated without letting them soak too long.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the rolls for 2–3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
- Serve drizzled with maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar. Add fresh fruit or whipped cream for extra flavor.
Notes
