Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- Green food coloring

- Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add green food coloring until you achieve your desired color.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove from the springform pan and decorate with red sprinkles before serving.
Notes
For a smoother filling, ensure that the cream cheese is softened to room temperature before mixing. Experiment with the amount of green food coloring for desired shade. Add a teaspoon of peppermint extract for a more intense flavor.
