- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Optional fillings (such as cooked bacon, turkey, or vegetables)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.
- Add any optional fillings if desired.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip the burrito.
- Add butter to the skillet and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
Notes
For a crispy exterior, be patient when cooking on medium heat to allow cheese to melt thoroughly.
