- 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh green grapes
- Mint leaves
- White chocolate curls
- Crushed pistachios
- Green grape glaze or syrup drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) if you choose to bake the crust lightly.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create a thick buttery crust.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, then cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Blend in green grape purée, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until silky.
- Stir the bloomed gelatin into the mixture until fully dissolved and smooth.
- If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring for a brighter bakery-style look.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240–360 minutes until fully set and chilled.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until thick fluffy peaks form.
- Spread or pipe the whipped cream beautifully over the cheesecake.
- Top generously with fresh green grapes for that luxurious fruit-loaded finish.
- Decorate with mint leaves, white chocolate curls, crushed pistachios, and a glossy grape syrup drizzle.
