Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Distribute the batter evenly between the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes completely after baking.
- Combine the chopped grapes and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat to create the filling.
- Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the grapes. Cook until thickened, then let cool.
- Remove the centers of each cupcake with a small knife or cupcake corer and fill with grape compote.
- Beat the butter until fluffy for the frosting, gradually adding powdered sugar.
- Mix in heavy cream, vanilla extract, grape jam, and food coloring until smooth.
- Pipe frosting onto each cupcake and top with fresh grapes and colorful sprinkles.
- Chill the cupcakes slightly before serving for better flavor and texture.
