Description

Savory roast beef sliders with melting Swiss cheese, topped with caramelized onions, served with beef broth for dipping.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Swiss cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Horseradish sauce
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, caramelize onions over medium heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  3. Layer slices of roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese on the slider buns.
  4. In a bowl, combine beef broth, horseradish sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the tops of the assembled buns with melted butter and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden and the cheese has melted.
  6. Serve warm with the prepared broth for dipping and enjoy!
