  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, melted butter, white wine, thyme, and cayenne pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly and let it sit for at least an hour or overnight.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 375°F).
  3. Grill the chicken using the indirect grilling method, placing it away from the direct flame. Grill slowly, basting frequently with the marinade for about 30-40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the chicken about ten minutes before it’s done, continuing to baste.
  5. Serve the chicken hot, allowing it to rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For more intense flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. You can also bake it in the oven at 375°F for about 45 minutes if grilling is not an option.
