- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Brew the coffee and let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar and gelatin with the cooled brewed coffee until well combined.

- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until fluffy, then combine them with the coffee mixture.
- Carefully fold the whipped cream and chocolate mixture into the egg and coffee blend until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mousse into a cake mold and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until fully set.
- When ready to serve, unmold the cake and garnish with chocolate shavings.
