- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add garlic to the same pan and cook for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender. Stir in remaining butter and return chicken to the pan. Mix everything until well combined and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding grated Parmesan cheese or spinach while cooking.
