- 1 can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 600g Heavy Whipping Cream (very cold)
- 100ml Lime Juice
- 1 cup Powdered Milk
- 0.5 can Drained Canned Peaches (chopped)
- 1 package Champagne Biscuits (Ladyfingers)
- Reserved Peach Syrup
- 1 or 2 Whole Canned Peach Slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend the Cream Base: Add the condensed milk, cold heavy cream, lime juice, powdered milk, and chopped drained peaches into a blender. Blend on medium speed until completely smooth.
- Establish the Bottom Layer: Pour a thin layer of the blended peach cream in a glass baking dish.
- Moisten and Arrange the Biscuits: Dip each ladyfinger in the reserved peach syrup for one second per side and arrange over the cream.
- Repeat the Layering System: Spread another layer of peach cream, add chopped peaches, and another layer of syrup-dipped ladyfingers.
- Garnish and Chill Overnight: Slice reserved peach halves and arrange on top, then chill uncovered in the refrigerator overnight.
Notes
Ensure the cream is very cold for the best texture. A quick dip of the ladyfingers keeps them intact.
