Description

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked quinoa, black beans, diced tomatoes, and corn in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss everything together until well mixed.
