- 4 oz Tonic water

Instructions
- Combine the yuzu juice, sudachi juice, lemongrass, and brewed butterfly pea flower tea in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake the mixture well to chill and mix the flavors.
- Strain the mocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Top with tonic water for effervescence.
- Garnish with mint leaves, a lemon slice, or edible flowers.
