Description

A fun and delicious layered dessert perfect for Easter celebrations, featuring chocolate, cream cheese, and fun toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tub of whipped topping (thawed)
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix
  • Assorted gummy candies (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Begin by crushing the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs. Reserve about 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping, creating a light and fluffy mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and instant chocolate pudding mix until thickened.
  5. Now, in a large serving dish, layer half of the cookie crumbs, followed by the cream cheese mixture, and then half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers and finish with the pudding layer on top.
  6. Sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs over the top layer and decorate with gummy candies in an Easter theme.

Notes

Serve chilled and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
