Description
A warm and comforting one-pot meal combining tender dumplings, hearty ramen noodles, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
Scale
- Frozen dumplings
- Instant ramen noodles
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs and cook for about 6-7 minutes for a soft-boiled texture. Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice water bath to cool before peeling and slicing in half.
- Heat the chicken broth in a large pot until it simmers. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil to add richness.
- Add the frozen dumplings to the broth and cook for about 8-10 minutes until they float, indicating they are done.
- Toss in the ramen noodles, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender.
- Add fresh spinach leaves, wilting them for about 1-2 minutes.
- Divide the noodles and dumplings among bowls, pour the broth over, and top with halved eggs, green onions, and black sesame seeds.
Notes
Consider adding chili oil or chili flakes for an extra kick. You can also serve with a side of steamed edamame or crispy tofu for added protein.
