A decadent chocolate bar featuring crispy kataifi pastry, rich pistachio paste, and smooth tahini, all enveloped in chocolate.

- 200g kataifi pastry
- 150g pistachio paste
- 50g tahini
- 100g unsalted butter
- 200g dark or milk chocolate
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut oil (optional, for chocolate)
Instructions
- Start by melting butter in a pan over medium heat. Add kataifi pastry.
- Toast the kataifi for about 10 minutes until golden brown, stirring continuously.
- Prepare pistachio paste by blending roasted pistachios with a little neutral oil.
- Mix pistachio paste, tahini, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring often.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate in molds, coating the sides well.
- Fill the molds with kataifi and pistachio mixture, pressing down to avoid air pockets.
- Seal with another layer of melted chocolate and smooth the top.
- Chill the molds in the fridge for at least 1 hour until set.
- Decorate with additional chocolate if desired, then remove from molds and serve.
Notes
Toast kataifi thoroughly for best crunch. Use high-quality chocolate for optimal taste.
