Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the flour until just mixed. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and caramel sauce, mixing until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan. Then, pour the remaining brownie batter over the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Let it cool completely before removing from the springform pan. Drizzle with extra caramel before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled or at room temperature. Garnish with whipped cream or chocolate shavings for an extra touch.
