Instructions
- Preheat your fryer or deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the eggs, milk, and oil to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Shape the batter into donuts and carefully place them in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and let cool on a wire rack.
- Prepare the glaze by combining powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla with a bit of water until smooth.
