  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup M&M’s
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a cake pan to create the base.
  2. Layer the chocolate ice cream over the cookie dough, spreading it out evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the M&M’s generously on top of the chocolate ice cream layer.
  4. Add another layer of cookie dough on top if desired, or leave it as is.
  5. Freeze the cake for a minimum of 240 minutes, or until it’s completely solid.
  6. Top the cake with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a sprinkle of crushed chocolate cookies before serving.
  7. Slice the cake into pieces, serve, and enjoy!
