- 2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough
- 2 cups chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup M&M’s
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies (for topping)
Instructions
- Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a cake pan to create the base.
- Layer the chocolate ice cream over the cookie dough, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the M&M’s generously on top of the chocolate ice cream layer.
- Add another layer of cookie dough on top if desired, or leave it as is.
- Freeze the cake for a minimum of 240 minutes, or until it’s completely solid.
- Top the cake with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a sprinkle of crushed chocolate cookies before serving.
- Slice the cake into pieces, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
For easier slicing, let the cake sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the freezer.
