Ingredients

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup M&M’s
- 2 pints of chocolate or vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the flour until combined, then fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s.
- Press the cookie dough into the bottom of your prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool.
- Layer the ice cream over the cooled cookie base, spreading it out evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is firm and ready to scoop.
- Drizzle some chocolate sauce over the top just before serving.
- Slice and enjoy your decadent creation!
Notes
For an extra touch, serve with whipped cream or extra M&M’s on top. Store leftovers tightly covered in the freezer.
