Description

Intensely rich cocoa flavor and a dense, melt-in-your-mouth texture, these brownies are crowned with a shiny crinkle top and packed with chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Large Eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Add the unsalted butter to a saucepan over low heat and melt completely.
  3. Remove from heat and add brown sugar and granulated sugar; stir until fully combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each until fully incorporated.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  7. Gradually pour dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  8. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  9. Pour batter into the prepared pan, smoothing it out evenly.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
  11. Cool completely in the pan before slicing.
