Description

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 4 large eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a cake pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
  4. Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Add cayenne pepper, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt; mix until well combined.
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
