Delicious chicken wings with a perfect blend of heat and sweetness, ideal for game night or a casual dinner.
Ingredients

- 12–14 chicken wings
- Salt
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- Flake salt, for garnish
- Black pepper, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle them with salt.
- Spray the rack of a 6qt air fryer with coconut oil spray.
- Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
- Set the air fryer temperature to 400°F and the timer for 25 minutes, then press start.
- Mix the Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and honey in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-8 minutes until it thickens.
- Toss the wings in some of the sauce, serving the remaining sauce on the side.
- Garnish the wings with chopped cilantro, flake salt, and black pepper.
Notes
For extra crispiness, increase the cook time or broil at the end. Experiment with modifying the sauce for different flavors.
