- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Fresh Cotton Candy
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- Chocolate for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl.
- Beat with an electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and airy.
- Add the fresh cotton candy to the mixture and gently fold it in.
- Stir together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Roll the cotton candy mixture into uniform balls and coat with the graham cracker mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the bombs for added decoration if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use parchment paper between layers if stacking.
