Description

Delightful no-bake dessert that combines rich vanilla cream cheese with spun cotton candy, all coated in a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Cotton Candy
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • Chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and airy.
  3. Add the fresh cotton candy to the mixture and gently fold it in.
  4. Stir together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  5. Roll the cotton candy mixture into uniform balls and coat with the graham cracker mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the bombs for added decoration if desired.
