Instructions
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into thin fries.
- Soak the fries in water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and dry the fries thoroughly with a towel.
- Toss the fries with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
