Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your choice of sauce (buffalo, BBQ, etc.)
Instructions
- Begin by patting the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd them.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Toss the wings in your favorite sauce or serve them plain.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the wings for a few hours or overnight. If you like your wings extra crispy, give them a final broil in the oven for a couple of minutes after air frying.
