Description

Deliciously crispy chicken wings made easy in the air fryer, perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your choice of sauce (buffalo, BBQ, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Begin by patting the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd them.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Toss the wings in your favorite sauce or serve them plain.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the wings for a few hours or overnight. If you like your wings extra crispy, give them a final broil in the oven for a couple of minutes after air frying.
