Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla until well blended. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over your crust, then beautifully arrange the sliced peaches on top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
