Instructions
- Mix the gelatin with warm water and let it bloom for 5 minutes if using.
- Blend the mango flesh until completely smooth to make a creamy mango puree.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and lemon juice.
- Mix in the mango puree until fully combined. Stir in the bloomed gelatin for a firmer texture if desired.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture until light and airy.
- Spoon or pipe the mango mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
