Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cake Batter: Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually alternate the dry ingredients with the milk or coconut milk. Mix until smooth and fully combined; do not overmix.
