- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk. Stir to combine.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir gently until everything is well coated.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
