Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining a creamy cheesecake with fresh strawberries and crispy churros for a perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream, ice-cold
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Churro Bites or Crushed Churros

Instructions

  1. Build the Cinnamon Foundation: Lightly grease a pan, combine crumbs, butter, and cinnamon; press into the pan and refrigerate.
  2. Whip and Fold the Cream Matrix: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold together.
  3. Layer and Decorate: Pour cream cheese mixture into the chilled crust, add strawberries, then sprinkle churros on top.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

For best results, use fresh strawberries and store churros separately until ready to serve to maintain crunch.
