Description

A festive and refreshing Christmas Punch made with cranberry juice, ginger ale, and citrus flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 64 ounces of sweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 liters of ginger ale
  • 16 ounces of orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons of lime zest
  • 6 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 6 whole star anise
  • 5 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a punch bowl.
  2. Toss in some ice and add your garnishes.
  3. Serve the punch in festive glasses or a clear punch bowl.
  4. Garnish each serving with a sprig of thyme or a few fresh cranberries.
  5. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
  6. Chill all juice before mixing.
  7. Adjust sweetness by using less cranberry juice or more ginger ale to taste.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, keep it simple with just the juices and soda. To make it spirited, add a splash of vodka or rum.
