- 16 Nature Valley™ crunchy granola bars Oats ‘n Honey, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz.) container extra creamy whipped topping
- 1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 1 tablespoon spiced rum or vanilla
- 1/3 cup Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors nonpareils (red, white, and green)
- Nonstick baking spray
Instructions
- Mix the crushed granola bars, melted butter, and sugar in a large bowl until well blended.
- Press half of this mixture into a 9×9-inch baking pan that you’ve generously sprayed with nonstick baking spray.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, almond extract, and rum in a mixer.
- Beat these ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Fold in the nonpareils, setting aside about 1 teaspoon for later.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the granola crust in the baking pan.
- Top with the remaining granola bar mixture and sprinkle the reserved nonpareils on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer until firm, about 240-360 minutes.

For best results, ensure that the cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps. Store in the freezer and consume within two weeks for optimal freshness.
