- 8 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1.25 cups Granulated Sugar
- 0.75 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

- 0.25 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1.5 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.25 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Dark Chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your conventional oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the butter and semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Whisk together the granulated sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until lightened.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking continuously.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt using a fine-mesh sieve, then fold gently until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the lined pan and smooth it out.
- Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth, then drop spoonfuls over the brownie batter.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter on top of the peanut butter layer and smooth it out.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Simmer the heavy cream in a saucepan until gently simmering, then pour it over chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes before whisking until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the cooled brownies.
Notes
For clean cuts, refrigerate the brownies after glazing and use a hot knife for slicing.
