- 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well blended.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- Layer the fresh strawberries evenly on the bottom of the crust.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the strawberries, ensuring they are completely covered.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to allow the ganache to set.
- Top with whipped cream and additional strawberries if desired before serving.
