- 8 ounces chickpea pasta
- 4–6 quarts water
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add a generous amount of salt to the boiling water.
- Cook the chickpea pasta, stirring occasionally.
- Check for doneness after 7-9 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- Serve with your favorite sauce or ingredients.
Notes
To avoid mushiness, rinse the cooked pasta under cold water immediately after draining.
