Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls

Description

A comforting meal blending creamy Alfredo sauce with succulent chicken, served in crispy, buttery bread bowls.


Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook them in olive oil over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain well.
  4. Take the Kaiser rolls, slice off the tops, and hollow out the centers to create bread bowls.
  5. Combine melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning, then brush this mixture inside and on the edges of the bread bowls.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the bowls for about 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  7. Mix the drained pasta with cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl.
  8. Fill the toasted bread bowls with the chicken Alfredo mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  9. Return the filled bowls to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  10. Serve warm, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate chicken beforehand or use pre-cooked chicken for a quicker meal.
