Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Incorporate the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is soft.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine. Cook for a minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth gradually, stirring to prevent lumps.
- Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the matchstick carrots and uncooked macaroni noodles. Cook until noodles are tender.
- Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
