  • 4 cups Chicken Broth

  • Pepper, to taste
  • Onion Powder, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Matchstick Carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups Uncooked Macaroni Noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Incorporate the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is soft.
  4. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine. Cook for a minute.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth gradually, stirring to prevent lumps.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add the matchstick carrots and uncooked macaroni noodles. Cook until noodles are tender.
  8. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
